COMELEC Resolution

On May 9, 2012, the COMELEC Second Division has finally promulgated a decision declaring a group claiming to be Anak Mindanao as illegal.

This fake Anak Mindanao group who held its bogus Congress at Naawan in 2007, for a long time has persistently misrepresented AMIN partylist and continously deceives the public with its false existence. These impostors who maintain a Facebook Group has tried many times to discredit the genuine Anak Mindanao partylist and its leaders, and has even submitted its own list of officers and nominees to the COMELEC.

Anak Mindanao Partylist petitioned the COMELEC to resolve the issue of legitimacy, hence this decission. Read the full decision here!
